Accessibility — review draft

No compliance claim

Last updated July 26, 2026. This page records current design intent and known gaps. It is not a claim of WCAG, ADA, Section 508, or platform accessibility conformance, and it is not evidence of an external accessibility audit.

Communication access comes first

My Voice is intended to offer a small set of familiar choices without requiring an activity, score, purchase, or optional token. A parent can configure spoken labels and a review-before-send step in the supported mobile experience. My Voice may complement AAC; it does not replace a child's AAC system or another way they communicate.

Current website foundations

These are source and local-browser observations only. They do not prove how every assistive technology, browser, device, translation, account state, or future gated feature behaves.

Known gaps before release

Request adult account or website help

Use the Support page to start an accessibility or technical-help email draft. The website does not submit a form, and the published address does not prove a monitored mailbox or response time.

You can describe the public page or screen, browser or app version, assistive technology, and non-sensitive error text. Do not email a child's diagnosis, communication message, photo, video, audio, behavior, routine, custody, location, or event details. Email is not emergency or clinical crisis support.

Review still required

Automated checks, local browser review, and source inspection can find some defects, but cannot replace disabled-user and participatory testing. Accessibility acceptance remains open until the evidence above is recorded for the production routes.
